Financial Service Department

The ONIS financial services department provides in particular:

  • management of the activation allowance (AA)
    • Any REVIS beneficiary assigned to work of public utility is entitled to the AA, calculated on the basis of the minimum social wage for an unqualified employee, and paid by the Fonds National de Solidarité (FNS) to the beneficiary, in application of article 18 of the REVIS law. The monthly sheets relating to this service, like the income certificates, are drawn up and sent in collaboration with the CTIE;
  • reimbursement of costs for the supply of work clothes and protective equipment
    • Any REVIS beneficiary assigned to a work of public utility can benefit from reimbursement of costs;
  • management of the contribution to payroll expenses provided in the RMG law.
    • Article 13, paragraph 3 of the RMG law, provided a contribution by the FNS to wage costs for a maximum period of 36 months for an employer who hired a beneficiary following an integration measure. According to article 51 of the REVIS law, employers benefiting from this participation before the entry into force of the REVIS law, remain in their rights during the granted participation period. The relevant form is at the bottom of the page.

The financial services department also acts as the social secretariat to answer questions from beneficiaries and ARIS relating to these services.
