Processing of personal data (available only in French)

As part of the fight against poverty, the National Social Inclusion Office (ONIS), acting under the authority of the Ministry of Family Affairs, Solidarity, Living Together and Reception of Refugees, collects and processes personal data concerning you in order to process your file in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 3 of the amended law of 28 July 2018 on social inclusion income (REVIS).

The data provided are processed in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).

In the context of their respective legal missions, the processed data may also be communicated or made accessible to other authorities, including in particular the National Solidarity Fund (FNS), the National Employment Agency (ADEM), the social offices (OS) and the competent Regional Social Inclusion Officers (ARIS), as well as to other administrations or partner organisations involved in the missions of ONIS.

The processed data may also be used for statistical purposes.

The data are kept for a maximum period of ten years from the end of the management of your file.

The legal rules governing the protection of personal data, including the rights granted to data subjects (right of access, rectification, erasure, and, where applicable, the right to object or to request restriction of processing), apply under the relevant conditions and subject to the exceptions and derogations provided for by law. In the event of non‑compliance with legal requirements, the National Commission for Data Protection (CNPD) may be seized with a complaint or request. A complaint may also be addressed directly to the National Social Inclusion Office or to the Data Protection Officer, namely the Government Commission for Data Sovereignty (CGSD), 5, rue Plaetis, L‑2338 Luxembourg.
