The mission of the agents includes in particular:
- the supervision of the work of regional social inclusion officers (ARIS) with the objective of equal and adequate provision and treatment;
- monitoring the application of the procedures and advice in handling individual cases;
- the control and validation of projects, documents and letters drawn up by the ARIS;
- facilitating exchanges between ARIS and ONIS, in particular with the aim of developing new offers;
- the collaboration with external partners, in particular the social welfare offices, employers of the ARIS.
